I am experiencing severe pain around my cervix after intercourse, which worsens when lying on my stomach. The pain has been ongoing for about 45 minutes and feels like a bruised cervix. Should I be concerned, and could this be related to a pelvic inflammatory infection or ovarian cysts?

I'm experiencing cold and tingly sensations in my pointer finger, along with pain from my wrist to my neck. I also feel tightness in my neck on the same side, and my elbow and radial muscle hurt. I'm a 34-year-old male tattoo artist who works for about 6-10 hours a day. Could this be a pinched nerve or carpal tunnel syndrome, and what should I do?
