I am a 35-year-old female who experienced substantial hair loss at 32 after hair color was left to process too long. Recently, in the last 7 months, I noticed my hair felt thinner and I could visibly see thinning hair on top. I tried various hair restoration products but they seemed to exacerbate the problem. A hair loss analysis and blood tests showed major stress, scant dirt, and lack of nutrition, with elevated DHT levels. The doctor believes hormones are the cause and is recommending hormone replacement therapy. What can be done to address this hair loss?
