I was just put on Lamisil for my toenail fungus. The doctor took a blood test the day he gave me the Lamisil. Today, the nurse called and asked me to stop taking the Lamisil and come see the doctor for another blood test and a follow-up visit. I asked why and she said my liver enzymes were up. I asked what that meant, and she wouldn't tell me. Can you tell me what this might mean?

I was using tampons and experienced nausea, fever-like symptoms, and a rash on my arms. I am off my period for a few days but still have a rash, and I feel tired, fatigued, have headaches, and feel lightheaded. I am concerned about Toxic Shock Syndrome (TSS). My doctor didn't think it was serious enough to see me, but I am still concerned. Can you help me figure out what the problem is?
