For the past several months, my period has been very inconsistent. It used to come regularly every 28 days, then it progressed to 30 days for a couple of months, now it comes whenever. I sometimes feel PMS symptoms for up to 2 1/2 weeks and never see a thing. Last week, it seemed to smell like blood was coming from me, but nothing came of it. Can you please help me better understand what is going on with me and my body regarding my period?

I missed a shot while injecting meth. I am having severe back pain in my lower back and around my right side up to my rib cage. I went to an emergency room but they saw nothing. They gave me some meds to take. Two days later, I have a bad rash only on my stomach and back where I am having the pain and now those spots are burning. They are puffed up like bug bites. What could all of this be?
