I am experiencing shooting pain from the front to the back area on the left side under my breast. The pain is not consistent with deep breaths or movements and is happening more often. The pain has recently intensified from uncomfortable to sharp. What could be the cause of this pain?

I have been experiencing very heavy menstrual bleeding for 5 days now, soaking at least one sanitary napkin per hour and passing large clots (approx. size of a golf ball). I am also feeling lethargic and weak, and have had a severe cold/flu for the past 5 days. I had a cold cone procedure for severe dysplasia in January, and my doctor said my endometrial lining was quite thin at that time. What should I do about this heavy bleeding and my current condition?
