I have blackish raised papules on my penis that have been there for years. I had venereal warts 30 years ago and was treated for Hepatitis C two years ago. My doctor looked at them 15 years ago and said they were not an STD. Should I have them looked at again, and is there a way to determine if I still have the antibodies for the HPV virus?

8 months ago I had a small lump behind my ear, and an ultrasound found nothing. Two months later, I felt another small lump just an inch away towards the bottom of my skull at the nape area, and another just below that on my neck. There was no pain, just swelling. I didn't worry about it because the ultrasound found nothing. However, just yesterday morning, the second lump I found is really sore to the touch. I iced it for a while, but it didn't help. Now, this morning, it's still very sore and seems warm and a bit tighter. Should I go to the emergency room or can I wait until tomorrow to see my doctor? Is there anything I can do to relieve swallowing and pain?
