I am experiencing strange tingling/chills all over my body and cannot sleep. I have just started taking birth control pills and am on day 24. I also smoke and have had light spotting before the placebo pill. Could this be related to the birth control or stress, and should I be concerned about a stroke?

I have also undergone procedures like nerve blocks and radiofrequency ablation, which were not helpful.
