I am 40 years old and having a breast lift. I had an EKG which showed 'left atrial enlargement.' Is this something to worry about, especially given my age and the fact that I had a very stressful day before the EKG?

I have had 3 lumps in my mouth for about 10 or more years now. They recently began to hurt, and my throat gets sore often. Two are under my tongue, and one is on the roof of my mouth. They are all hard. What do you think this might be?
