I took several blood pressure readings at home, ranging from 145/80 to 120/75. I also had one reading of 175/90 after running around and feeling anxious. My usual readings are around 120/75. Should I be concerned about high blood pressure, especially given my anxiety?

8 days ago, my boyfriend gave me a bear hug from behind, causing excruciating pain. An X-ray showed no broken ribs, but the pain persists and is uncomfortable, feeling like a huge ball in my right side that occasionally pops.
