I have been diagnosed with Degenerative Disc Disease and Facet Syndrome. After a fall at work, I had an MRI which showed two bulging discs and an annulus tear, but no nerve involvement according to my doctor. I experience significant pain in my back, buttocks, and legs, including pins and needles, numbness, and cramping. My middle toes are numb and colder than the rest of my body. Sitting is painful, but walking and stooping are better. Despite the MRI results, what could be causing these symptoms if not nerve involvement?
