I experience a 7/10 lower backache bilaterally in the afternoon, which is worse when sitting and relieved by bowel movements. This started about two weeks ago, and I have normal daily bowel movements. I had a normal colonoscopy last year and don't recall any specific event that might have triggered this. I also had gastric bypass surgery five years ago. What could be causing this backache and what can I do about it?

I have a hairline fracture on my lower jaw at the place where the third molar ends. I went to the dentist after a week and was told that the initial healing was done. I was also recommended to get my third molar extracted. No TMJ complications though. What measures have been taken to treat the jaw fracture, and what further steps should be considered?

My friend and I, both healthy 23-year-old males, got sick within two days of each other. We both work as plumbers and eat together. Our symptoms include diarrhea (oatmeal-like), kidney, liver, and spleen pains, belly button pain, warm flush feelings, pain in major lymph nodes, extreme fatigue, multiple skin rashes/issues, dry mouth, horrible gas, general stomach/abdominal pains, night sweats, cognitive issues, muscle cramps, loss of appetite, a stuffy nose with post-nasal drip and shortness of breath, and inconsistent bowel movements. We've had regular blood work, a stool test, and a colonoscopy, all of which came back normal except for an internal hemorrhoid. We've had episodes of feeling sick for over a year and a half, with periods of feeling somewhat normal in between. Our memory has been getting worse, and my hands have been freezing. Could this be related to our plumbing occupation, which involves constant contact with feces?

I'm a 34-year-old woman with heart palpitations. I take Lyrica 200mg twice daily and Cymbalta 60mg once daily for Fibromyalgia. I'm obese, with only a heart murmur as a child, which I no longer have. I'm active with my children but do not have a regular exercise routine currently. I do drink coffee and an occasional soda. My current stress level is high, as I'm in my Junior year of Nursing school. Palpitations have slowly increased over the past few months, from a few a week to now several a day. During the palpitation, it feels like it takes my breath away, but I don't have to strain to breathe. How critical is it for me to see my Dr. now, versus waiting about 3 weeks when this semester is over?
