I experienced a light and unusual period on August 16th, followed by symptoms such as sore and enlarged breasts, prominent blue veins on my breasts, increased frequency of urination, and varicose veins on my legs. I also noticed clearer skin than usual and had two negative pregnancy tests. I had a tubal ligation six years ago, making pregnancy unlikely. What could be causing these symptoms?
