I went to the doctor a little over a week ago for fluid build-up in my ear and chest discomfort, which has persisted with symptoms like aches, chest burning, low-grade fever, and fatigue. I was diagnosed with URI and given a Zpak, but symptoms continued. I was later given Augmentin, but now I have a rash on my upper trunk and still feel unwell. Should I see my doctor again?

I'm having intense stabbing pain in the right side of my head that worsens with coughing, sneezing, or exertion. The headache has been ongoing for two weeks, with slight nausea at times.
