I am a 30-year-old male experiencing chest pain on both sides for the past two months. The pain is present throughout the day and worsens when I press my chest ribs. I have undergone TMT, echo, ECG, and chest X-ray tests, all of which are normal. My eosinophils and hemoglobin are high, and I have low Vitamin D and hyperthyroidism above 7.5. I am a non-smoker with normal blood pressure and no history of heart disease. What could be causing my chest pain, and do you recommend any further tests or treatments?

I have a bump on my penis that resembles a tiny pimple. It is located in the middle of my shaft, painless, flesh-colored, and I suspect two more might be popping up. This just recently happened, and I have had it for 4 days now. From pictures I've seen, it resembles some pictures of molluscum contagiosum. What could this be, and what should I do?

I have a very painful but small lump on the front of my right hip, which feels like cartilage and causes strong jolts of pain when pressed or bumped. There is also shooting pain through my thighs and lower back, frequent hip popping/cracking, and an unsettling sensation of my hip potentially popping out of the socket. I've been advised to stretch and rub the area, but this often aggravates the pain. I'm seeking ideas about what this condition could be and home measures to alleviate it, as I don't have health insurance and can't afford to visit a doctor.
