My sinuses feel clogged, and I've been taking Mucinex for 4 days without improvement. I have no cough or fever. My family medical history includes high blood pressure and stroke. I'm 45 years old, don't smoke, and don't know my cholesterol level. The chest pain doesn't radiate, and I feel scared and panic that I might die when the pain comes on.

I have a sharp pain in the lower right side of my back at night, which has been persistent for two months. The pain is excruciating when I try to turn from a side position to lying on my back, and it pierces the lower back on the right side above the butt crack. The pain is only present in the evening and is accompanied by tenderness at all times. I have fibroids and had a depo shot in March, but my period just finished over a week ago. I've noticed that increased sugar intake seems to aggravate the pain, and I've also experienced sharp frontal cramping. What could be causing this pain and what should I do?

I have been experiencing short, tight chest pains in the right center of my chest that come and go randomly, along with tightness in my chest over the last several weeks. The pains have moved to different areas and are not associated with breathing or exertion. I've also had short stabbing headaches and an urge to yawn repeatedly. I've had an EKG, chest X-ray, and a CT scan on my head and neck, all of which came back clear. What could be causing these symptoms and what should I do?
