I have had irregular cycles since I started, and then about a year ago, they became normal. In between, I got pregnant and had a miscarriage. Now, my period is late—I didn't have one in November or December. My nipples are very tender, I've been very moody, and my sleeping and eating habits have changed. Could I be pregnant again?

I have been on antibiotics for a UTI and my period should be coming soon. Is it possible that it will not come or be delayed because of the antibiotics? Additionally, I am concerned about the effectiveness of my birth control due to the antibiotics. I had sex on Sunday and started antibiotics on Monday. If my period doesn't come tomorrow as expected, is it more likely due to the UTI/antibiotics or a potential pregnancy due to the lowered effectiveness of the birth control?
