I have had a red spot on my right wrist for years, which turned itchy and then dark brown from scratching. For the past three years, it has developed into a sore. The sore is dry and located on the inside of my right wrist, with another similar sore nearby. I also have dry, sore areas on my head that have been present for four years. I have high blood pressure and recently had elevated BUN levels in my blood work. I have seen a dermatologist who prescribed antibiotics and cortisone cream, but they did not help. What could be causing these persistent sores, and what should I do next?

I am on day 35 of missing my cycle. I typically cycle every 20-25 days and it lasts for 3 days. I have taken a pregnancy test and it was negative. I have been experiencing fatigue and achy joints from the waist down. I don't have any pregnancy symptoms. I just don't feel well at all...very sickly. What could be causing this and what should I do?
