I am 50 years old and have been diagnosed with fibromyalgia since 2002. I have noticed a significant decline in my ability to learn and remember things, such as not remembering details from movies I've watched or struggling with exams after completing courses. Is this cognitive decline related to fibromyalgia, and is there any treatment available for this condition?
