I had a full hip replacement 1 1/2 years ago and was unable to continue my care with my orthopedic surgeon due to a large 3rd degree burn received during the procedure. I have been unemployed, have no insurance, and haven't seen another physician. I'm now able to start working out again, but I'm unsure what I should and shouldn't do with my hip. Prior to the surgery, I did weight training and cardiovascular workouts, but now I'm out of shape and need guidance on how to safely resume exercise. Can you help me?
