I had a stress test that showed a portion of my heart was not getting the proper amount of blood, with heartbeats in the 20s instead of the 50s. There are no blockages, and I have CLL, which rules out a transplant. They mentioned a pacemaker or a fibulater and are starting me on Carvedilol. Could you please comment on this?

I've been experiencing sharp, stabbing pains near my upper abdomen that worsen with deep breathing for about 3 weeks. The pain occurs in the middle to left region of my chest, right below my left breast, and lasts from 10 seconds to intermittent for about 30 minutes at a time. I'm a healthy 25-year-old with no other symptoms like nausea or vomiting. What could be causing this pain?

I am a 61-year-old white male with symptoms of low energy, easy sleepiness, and low libido. My recent blood tests showed a high Ferritin reading of 413 ng/ml, Total Iron of 87, Iron binding capacity of 257, % saturation of 34 (all normal), Total Testosterone of 353, DHES of 45, Vitamin D of 49, and HS CRP of 2.7. Hemoglobin is 15.3, TSH is 2.97, and all CBC and CMP panels are normal. I am 6'2" and 229 lbs with a 38-40 inch waist. Are my Testosterone and DHES levels too low, and is my Ferritin level too high?

I have a very large red bump that appeared on the side of my penis shaft. I previously had similar bumps around my genital area that I treated with a topical cream. The bumps have occurred at different times and locations, and I believe them to be sebaceous cysts. Can these occur at multiple locations, only one at a time? I have been tested for STDs and all results came back negative.

I have been experiencing pain in my right knee, characterized by burning and throbbing sensations at night, along with a movable object the size of a nickel in the soft tissue beside the patella. There is also swelling and difficulty in bending the knee. What could be causing these symptoms and what should I do?

I am a 57-year-old female experiencing twisting stomach pain on the upper right side, just below the rib cage, which feels like a Charlie Horse. I had similar symptoms 18 months ago and did not seek treatment due to my high deductible. I am currently taking 800mg Aleve for the past 3 days after avoiding it since the last attack. My father had his gall bladder removed in his 40s, and I am overweight but not obese. I started Weight Watchers a week ago and walk 1.5 miles 4 days a week. The pain is isolated to the right side, not tender to touch, and does not worsen with pressing. It is worse when standing up. What could be causing this pain and what should I do?
