I am a 31-year-old single mother of two girls, ages 9 and 3. I have been experiencing headaches about four times a week lately, and sometimes I feel extremely dizzy and need to lie down because it feels like I'm going to pass out. Other times, I just lie down and have to close my eyes in a quiet, dark room until it passes. Should I be concerned about this, or does it sound like migraines?

When I blow my nose, there is blood and clots. I have not seen a doctor yet. How long has this been going on? Do I have any other health problems? Am I on any medications other than antihistamines?

I was in Italy in May for 2 weeks and experienced discomfort during sex and noticed large bumps in my vagina. After returning home, the bumps persisted and caused stinging when urinating. A herpes test came back negative, and the bumps eventually disappeared, but now I feel discomfort on the left side of my vagina. I have excess skin on the right side that was previously identified as not being a wart. What should I be checked for and should I be worried?

I had a horrible sharp pain that felt like wetness surrounding it in my left side of my head during exertion. The pain subsided some after a few minutes. This also happened last week. Can you rate the severity of pain, from 1 to 10 scale [for BOTH episodes]? What type of exertion had you done? Any: vomiting; blurring; lightheaded/dizziness associated with headache? Any OTHER symptoms?

My periods are very sporadic, and it came on August 20. I have clear discharge coming out of my breast, and I took a pregnancy test about two weeks ago that said I was positive. However, when I went to the doctor today, the ultrasound found no baby. The doctor took a blood test to see if I might be too early to tell on the ultrasound. I'm gaining weight, having tender breasts, bad headaches, and no sleep. Why would I be having clear discharge from my breast if there's no baby? Could I be pregnant or not?
