I'm experiencing discoloration around my vagina, including dark black spots on the labia. I've had a twin pregnancy 18 years ago, which I understand can cause darker pigmentation, but the black spots are more concerning. There is no itching or burning, and I'm not on any medications or supplements. The discoloration has been present for a few months, and the vaginal area and labia look purplish in color, while the inside lips appear normal.
