I got off birth control on June 30 and started my period on July 2, which was earlier than expected. Since then, my husband and I have been using the pull-out method. I was experiencing GERD symptoms off and on for a few weeks. These seem to be gone, however, I have one tender spot on the right side of my stomach. I can pinpoint it with one finger. It seems to be aggravated when I do a lot of slouching or just after exercising. I do not have any more GERD symptoms and no nausea, vomiting, etc. I have been constipated and have IBS. What could this tender spot be?
