I am 48 years old and have had no missed periods or odd periods in the past. I had my last period on February 22, 2000. I missed March and in April and May, I spotted lightly, similar to my last pregnancy 22 years ago. I am now having missed periods for 3 to 4 months. I had nausea from late March, which is beginning to subside, tender breasts, and a lot of bladder pressure. My lower abdomen is getting distended around my uterus area, and I am in a new state without a doctor. Could this be pregnancy?
