I had surgery in August to remove a large benign tumor in my abdomen, but post-surgery, they accidentally damaged my intestines, requiring a colostomy bag until corrective surgery in November. I now suffer from severe bloating, flatulence, and constipation. My chiropractor provided grapefruit seed extract, which has helped with flatulence and constipation, but I need to understand the root cause of these issues to adjust my diet accordingly.

I have been experiencing persistent eye issues, including flaking skin on the upper and lower eyelids, burning, itching, a gritty feel, and a painful split in the upper lid's center crease. My tear ducts are almost non-functional, and I have lost almost all of my eyelashes and eyebrows. Both my personal doctor and an optometrist have been unable to help. I have tried eliminating makeup, using antibiotics and creams, and various eye drops, but nothing has worked. I suspect it might be a skin fungus or eye mites, but I can't find a dermatologist to see for at least 2-3 weeks. What can I do to alleviate my symptoms and confirm the cause of my eye problems?

I am 17 years old and usually experience a lot of pain at the beginning of my period, with heavy bleeding and clotting, which then tapers off normally. This month, I had no pain, a little red blood, and now for 10 days after my period, I have been experiencing brownish discharge. Some days it is a little brown, and some days it is a little more. I am not sexually active and am a virgin. I take a 'Mega-Food' vitamin supplement and had two major surgeries last year where I needed blood transfusions, with the last one in November. Could these factors be related to my current menstrual changes?
