I am feeling disoriented and confused most of the time, but improve after a beer or meal. I had to get up last night to eat because I was getting agitated. I have less energy than normal and sometimes cannot remember things. I also struggle to find the right words and become frustrated because of this. I had a stroke 10 years ago which affected my right side, and I recovered to 80% mobility on that side. I am also type 2 diabetic and take medication including Diaformin, Diamicron, Micardis, Ezetreol, Lipitor, and Omeprazole. My last CT scan was a couple of years ago. I recently had a CT scan which was clear, but remembering names and how to do things is becoming increasingly difficult. I also experience urinary incontinence and dizziness, needing to use the toilet to pee every half hour.

I am 21 years old, in reasonably good health, but I am overweight. I have experienced double vision on three separate mornings, which resolves within a few minutes. I also have a slight headache. I have always had 20/20 vision but have not seen an eye doctor in 5 or 6 years. I do not currently have insurance but will have good insurance after my wedding in July. What could be causing my double vision and headache, and what should I do about it?

I have been taking Effexor 150mg for about 4 years and have recently become a regular user of speed. I am a 45-year-old male and have noticed a significant increase in boils in my groin and under my arms. I am a very clean living person and shower twice a day. What could be causing this?

I've been on Paxil for 6 years. I recently asked my MD to increase the dosage by 5-10 mg because I was starting to show my emotional true colors again. He increased it by 20 mg. I spent a week feeling like a robot and had allergic reactions in the sun. I went back to the doctor, and they lowered it by 10 mg and put me on new Zyrtec allergy meds. I feel like I'm trying to drive an awkward bus from inside myself now. Please offer some good advice. My doctor didn't seem too keen on really listening.
