I have 2 cysts in my vas deferens and am experiencing severe pain, especially during bowel movements. The pain is in my testicles, radiating down my leg and into my abdomen. I have regular bowel movements without mucous. The doctor is sending me for a barium enema. What could be causing this pain and how can it be treated?
