I have a bad odor coming from my nose, mouth, and ear. The smell is described as rotten garbage or feces, and it is constant, worsening after eating. I have been told by others that my mouth smells really bad, and it affects people in a closed room within five minutes. I have visited a dentist and an ENT doctor, who both found no issues. What could be causing this odor, and what steps should I take to address it?

I started to have bleeding between periods. I had an ultrasound and they found nothing about 3 years ago, but now it seems like I am bleeding for 3 days and then bleeding again in another 3 days for another 3 days, and I start this cycle all over again in 21 days. What could be causing my symptoms?

I think I'm in early menopause and have been getting my period twice a month, but now it lasts six days or more, not a heavy bleed but I still have to wear a tampon. Is this normal? I'm 47.

This morning, I had a bowel movement that was small and slow, causing me to strain. Immediately afterward, I experienced sharp pain in my low abdomen, particularly in the pelvic region. The pain was severe enough to prevent me from standing upright, finding a comfortable position, and it even caused nausea and sweating. The pain initially felt like severe gas pain, and GasX seemed to alleviate it somewhat, allowing me to go to work. Throughout the day, the pain has lessened but still causes discomfort with movements like sitting, standing, bending over, peeing, and passing gas. It feels somewhat like a pulled muscle once the movement is done. My low abdomen is also sore to the touch. I am debating whether to go to the doctor, but I don't want to if it's just a pulled muscle. (Additional info: I am 37, female, not pregnant, and taking Allegra-D, Flonase, and Sustenex.) What could be causing this pain, and should I see a doctor?

I have a deep pain in my hip, particularly in the socket, which worsens when moving forward or twisting the leg. The pain has been present for 9 months and is getting worse, causing my right leg to weaken. I suspect it might be related to a pinched nerve from a slipped disc in my lower back. I was previously diagnosed with a pinched sciatic nerve, which was resolved by chiropractic visits. Should I see a neurologist or try a chiropractor again?
