I missed my period for September, should have come on the 7th, and have been throwing up. Is there a chance I could be pregnant?

My brother has been in multiple fights and has been hit in the head several times, including being struck with a wooden bat and a metal pipe. He cannot turn his head and has been sleeping more than usual since the last incident. The hospital turned him away without doing anything. Should I let him sleep or try to keep him awake, and what else should he do?

My wife has kidney cancer, her kidney was removed 7 years ago, and now the cancer has returned in the lower back area, causing paralysis in her legs. She takes medication for pain only. Recently, she has swelling in her abdomen and legs. Is there any treatment available to reduce the swelling? Is Lasix the only solution, or can some kind of drain be used to relieve the water retention?

If you got your period early (19-day cycle) which would normally be a 26-29-day cycle, would you ovulate early or late that month? Why would you have an early period such as that? Also, if you had ovulation spotting and intercourse on the same day, would the spotting stop as soon as you had intercourse? Which is a more accurate ultrasound, the vaginal probe or on the stomach for estimating a due date? If you had cramping and bloating (PMS symptoms) around the time you ovulate and then red/pinkish spotting four days after that with no cramping or anything, what could that spotting be? Could a cyst cause bleeding after conception?
