I have a hiatal hernia of the esophageal sphincter that is currently causing severe swallowing difficulties and regurgitation. I have been unable to swallow or keep anything down, including water, for over 20 hours. I have no insurance and cannot afford to go to the doctor's office or the ER. Is there anything I can do for this on my own?
