I have a history of colon cancer (ostomate since 2003) and am experiencing recurrent severe abdominal cramping primarily at night, which is relieved only by vomiting. The episodes are generally followed by diarrhea and I am concerned about partial intestinal obstruction due to adhesions or strictures. I have two questions: 1. How can I effectively induce vomiting to abort the cramping (which can last for 6-7 hours)? 2. I had a negative ultrasound for gallbladder disorder; is there another test or exam to confirm or rule out obstruction? I am experiencing 2 to 3 episodes per month.

My 15-year-old has large bowel movements with blood sometimes. He has been experiencing this since he was 8 years old, with doctors suggesting he needs more fiber. Recently, we discovered he might be lactose intolerant as some milk products cause severe stomach pain, making him curl up on the floor. What could this be caused by, and how should I seek help?

I was bitten by a goat at a petting station on a farm. The goat chomped on my finger, breaking the skin and causing a small cut. I am worried that the goat might have given me rabies, even though it was not showing any signs of the disease. Should I be concerned about rabies, and do I need to get the rabies vaccine?

I have had an intense itch in the exact same spots for about three years. It is very precise in location, and comes and goes daily. The itch is on the top side of my left hand and on both shoulders (in the exact same spot on each shoulder). No rash or obvious cause. Faithful moisturizing does not help. No mental health issues that would cause anxiety itch or something of the like. What could be causing this and what can I do to alleviate it?
