My wife has been experiencing pain at the base of her head on the right side, headaches, numbness, tingling, burning sensations in her arms, hands, and feet, balance issues, fatigue, and weight loss. She has seen multiple specialists and undergone various tests, including X-rays, MRIs, and an EMG, but no definitive cause has been found. What autoimmune diseases could cause these symptoms, and what other central nervous system (CNS) disorders should she be evaluated for?
