I have a lump at the base of my sternum. Just found it today. Feels hard and doesn't seem to move. I'm female, age 63, had gall bladder out, and have been having mild discomfort in my upper right quadrant (URQ) which is somewhat relieved by taking omeprazole. I do not smoke and only have an occasional glass of wine. What could this lump be and what should I do?

I'm a 30-year-old female experiencing persistent lower left pelvic pain, occasional diarrhea, and lower back pain aggravated by sitting. I've been tested for a UTI and had a small one that cleared up, but the pain remains. I've also been on birth control for hormonal balance, but the pain persists. I had blood work done a month ago with normal results, except for a borderline bilirubin level of 1.2. I started taking Tramadol (no Tylenol mix) and noticed my stools have turned yellow in the past two days. An ultrasound showed no issues. What could be causing the yellow stools, and should I be concerned given my history of alcoholism and current medications?

I am a 29-year-old female with no significant health history other than acid reflux and anxiety. I had a baby 16 months ago and have been experiencing intermittent left upper abdomen pain for the past 8-10 months, sometimes sharp, sometimes burning, and sometimes localized to a tender point. I've had nausea and back pain, but not consistently. I've had a RUQ ultrasound and an EGD, both negative, and the GI doctor suggested it's stress-related. I'm concerned it could be pancreatic cancer due to weight loss and low WBC count. I work in an urgent care and am a new mom, which adds to my stress. I'm scared something is being missed and want to feel better.

I have several vertical tears on the head of my penis that won't heal. I've been using Calmoseptine prescribed by a local doctor, but he is unsure what it is. I've tested negative for STDs over the past year. The tears magnify when my penis is erect. What could be causing this and what should I do?

My husband sprayed Tilex in our bathroom and left it while we went out for the day. We came home 8 hours later and our basement apartment smelled very strongly of Tilex. We slept in a hotel. Upon our return home, I noticed that the heavy-duty cleaner in a plastic bottle ate through and leaked. The apartment smells, and we have windows open. We have a 10-month-old who spent an hour in the apartment before I took him out. What signs should I be looking for if he or I were exposed to too much cleaning products?
