I have a lump in my belly and another in my rear, with persistent pain in the lower left abdomen. The pain comes and goes, and the lump in my rear is growing. I have no vomiting, fever, or problems with urine or stool. What could be causing this?

Some months ago, I banged my head on a bar when standing up from a kneeling position. The point of contact was the back of my head, halfway between my neck and the crown of my head. Initially, the pain seemed to be there, but more recently, the pain is on the top of my head. The pain is mild but constant. I am not taking any medication. Can you suggest what I should do?

I have thick, clear discharge with a musky odor, stomach discomfort, and backache. I am almost 11 weeks pregnant. My OB ran tests for STDs, bacteria, cultures, and a pee test, all of which came back okay. However, I feel something isn't right and am scared I could lose my baby due to an infection. What could this be, and why would I feel pain from it and in my belly?
