I have a painful shoulder caused by a small bone spur and arthritis. I've had cortisone injections, but they only provide temporary relief. I've tried exercises, but they exacerbate the pain. What further steps should I take to address this issue?

I skipped my period last month and took a pregnancy test, which was negative. This month, my period started but is very light and brown for the first two days, then turned red but remained light. I've been experiencing light dizziness, weight gain, and slight sleepiness. I don't have medical insurance and haven't seen a doctor. If I'm not pregnant, what could be causing these symptoms?

I have a pain on the left part of my back. I sneezed and felt like a snap and burning sensation followed by sharp pain. How old are you? Male or female? When did the symptom develop? Did you consult a doctor for this? Any other symptom? Did you take any medicine for this? Any other past illness?

Twenty two months ago I had my bladder and prostate removed due to bladder cancer. No cancer has been indicated through various CT scans and bone scans. My latest CT scan in 12/07 showed a hole in my sternum. I have had pain in the joint where the left clavicle joins the sternum, which was inflamed but has now disappeared. My oncologist thinks it is cancer, although my search on the web doesn't result in any discussion of a 'hole' in the sternum. What do you think?

For over a year, I find dead skin on my shoes when I don't wear socks. I exfoliate my feet regularly and use lotion, but the dead skin persists. What could this be and how can I get rid of it?
