I have a painful swelling under my arm and I'm afraid of what it might be. I am a 28-year-old female with a family history of similar lumps that were biopsied. What could be causing the lump?

I constantly crack my fingers, neck, knees, feet, and back. I feel like I constantly need to do it, especially my hands and neck. I am 32 years old and have been doing it since I was young. Does cracking definitely cause arthritis? How much damage am I doing if any at all? What if I stop now, will I still be affected? Should I stop or slow down the cracking? How do I break the habit?

I have a distended external hemorrhoid that is blocking my anus and causing severe pain during bowel movements. Prep H, Witch Hazel, and sitz baths with Epsom salts have not been effective. I am considering lancing the hemorrhoid myself with an Exacto Knife, but I am concerned about the risks and lack of medical insurance. Is there any other method or topical analgesic that can help alleviate the pain and allow for bowel movements?

I had knee replacement 4 years ago and recently experienced an automobile accident on February 21, which caused my knee to start popping. An X-ray shows a loose screw. My doctor is conducting lab work to check for infection, and if infected, my artificial knee will need to be removed, treated with antibiotics while in a cast, and then replaced with a new knee. Even if not infected, due to the hardware issue, I will still need a new knee. My knee still functions but just pops. Why can't the current artificial knee be fixed instead of being totally replaced?
