I fell on my knees during kickball and my entire lower leg from my knee to ankle remains bruised and I can't kneel or touch my knee without severe pain. Is it just a bruise or could I have done something worse?

I am looking to speak to an MRO or an individual familiar with the review process for positive drug screenings. I have been suffering from a severe URI for the past 10 days, including a very sore throat and severe coughing fits that have caused vomiting and breathlessness. On days 7 and 8, I took my husband's Guaiatussin AC syrup during coughing fits. On day 9, I was drug tested for a new position at work, and on day 10, I was informed that my drug test came back positive for codeine. I am in a line of work where drug abuse has serious consequences, and I am extremely worried about what this positive drug screen means for my professional reputation and my job.
