I have a persistent spasm (pain) in my vagina near my urethra that feels like I have to urinate, but I don't. It's more prominent when I'm stressed but happens often during the day. I am not on hormone replacement therapy, and this issue started when I was 8 months pregnant 16 years ago, recurring 2 years ago. I am currently going through menopause, am overweight, and have depression treated with Cymbalta. What could be causing this pain, and what treatments are available?

I have been feeling weak, sick to my stomach, and wanting to vomit, but nothing happens. I visited urgent care, and they seemed concerned but not enough. I'm not getting better; in fact, I'm getting weaker and feel like passing out when I stand up. Do I have a stomach virus or something?
