I have a pimple with a hard crust on top on my lip that doesn't look like a typical pimple. It has been there for a month, and I have tried using lip balm, but nothing has changed. What could this be?

I have a slight concussion and had a clean CT scan this morning. Now when I try to lay down, I get a vibration and pressure in my ears and head, and the migraine caused by the concussion is worsening. I am also having trouble focusing my vision and am vomiting. What does all this mean?
