I have a severe headache that feels like a combination of migraine and tension, with shooting pain on top of my head, pain around my whole head, and sensitivity to light and touch. I also experience nausea, dizziness, and increased pain with movement. I've taken multiple Advil and other medications, but the pain persists. I'm scared it might be something serious like an aneurysm or brain tumor. What could be causing this and how can I manage it safely?

I have been experiencing high blood pressure and a heart rate in the 160s, despite having a history of panic attacks and taking Xanax. I am concerned due to a family history of heart disease. I recently went to the ER where an EKG showed SVT, and the doctor prescribed Atenolol 25mg. My main concern is whether I should start with half the dose and increase it gradually, and if this could affect my blood pressure or heart rate negatively.

I am 33 years old. At my last doctor's appointment, the doctor pointed out that blood was rushing back through my heart valves, which she called something I can't remember. No other doctor has ever pointed this out to me. Today, I have been feeling strange sensations in my chest and noticed that while checking my pulse in my neck, one side is really strong while the other is very light, almost not there at all. Should I be worried about this?
