I have been diagnosed with mild arthritis in my back and hips. My back hurts and causes a hunchback posture during the day when I'm on my feet for 6-10 hours. My right hip also hurts and sends pain down to my calf. My doctor only wants to do X-rays. What is your opinion on what could be causing this and what further steps should be taken?

I am currently staying at a homeless shelter. Before I got here, I had an outreach case manager named Francisco, who works for the nonprofit that placed me at the shelter and is also employed at the hospital where I was hospitalized twice. Someone accessed my medical records illegally after I was discharged, and before I was placed in the shelter. Francisco will not tell me whether or not it was him, instead, he dropped me from his case load. My new case manager will not tell me either, and has said that Francisco apologized, but won't specify what he is apologizing for. Francisco also logged on as me at the Social Security Administration website without any prior discussion or authorization by me. This is in San Mateo County, California. What should I do?
