I have a small pea-sized lump under the skin of my foot, between the plantar area and the arch. It is painful to touch, but there is no redness or sign of infection. I occasionally experience pain in a larger area around the lump. I had a fracture of the tuberosity of the 5th metatarsal about a year ago, but the lump is not near that area. What could this lump be, and is there any danger in not seeking treatment for a few months?

My urine test results show urobilinogen at 0.2 EU/dL, blood at 1+, and RBC at 0-2. Is this normal, and should I be concerned?

I've had a low-grade fever, cough, sneezing, and a Chinese for 3 1/2 days. I can keep down food, but my stomach consistently feels empty. Should I be worried?

I woke up with discomfort in my left chest, sweating, shaking, nausea, back and neck pain. The chest discomfort has mostly gone but other symptoms remain. I had a normal EKG and my doctor thinks it's an inflamed rib cage. I'm also experiencing anxiety and chest pain that feels like pinching, which the doctor treated with Prednisone but the pain has returned. I also have slight jaw discomfort. What could be causing these symptoms and how can I relieve the anxiety to sleep?

I have been suffering from severe head and neck pain, daily headaches, intense pressure, loss of vision/balance, numbness/tingling/burning in my neck and back, severe bladder issues, and extreme lethargy. My MRI showed a 3 cm pineal cyst and Chiari type 1 malformation, and I have several bulging discs at the c-spine level, as well as T and L spine. I have tried various treatments including injections, medications, and physical therapy, but my symptoms have progressed. What could be causing these symptoms and what further tests or treatments should I consider?
