I stopped smoking 2 cigarettes a day 3 days ago. My spirometer reading is 390, and I'm a 45-year-old female. I've seen a doctor who prescribed 5 days of antibiotics and prednisone. I work out 6 times a week but have slight throat irritation. My chest X-ray in October was good. I'm curious if a peak flow of 390-400 is normal and concerned about my lung health. I had asthma as a child and have no family history of cancer or emphysema. My lungs feel super irritated right now.

I have been dealing with anxiety and muscle stiffness for 6 years, and I've been taking Duloxetine 20mg. I've tried stopping the medication, but my symptoms return.
