I have a very large, painful bump near the labia minor that appears to be filled with pus or infection and has a dark spot. I'm unsure whether to try home treatment (hot packs, boil meds, and antibiotic ointment) or visit a doctor. I'm also unsure which type of doctor would treat this. I'm allergic to ceclur and bactrim, take lisinopril 10 mg daily, and have recently finished a round of penicillin due to dental procedures. I also have PCOS.

My son was given various psychotropic medications including Haldol, Cogentin, Latuda, Seroquel, Zofran, Prozosin, Propranolo, and Loperamide over a 45-day period due to a psychosis episode caused by smoking a laced marijuana joint. He is currently on Seroquel 600mg and may be increased to 800mg, despite not being diagnosed with schizophrenia. Can he return to a normal state of mind after this period of medication?

I have whole body aches, skin aches, and frequent sharp/dull headaches in different areas of my head, along with a tingling and bothersome feeling. I have no nausea and it's not a common headache. I also have depression and anxiety treated with prescriptions for many years. The severe body and skin aches only appeared in the last 24 hours. What could be causing these symptoms?

I had a potential exposure to the HIV virus on 5th May from a receptive oral sex encounter with a Nigerian female. I have tested negative after two weeks and today at 6 weeks. My glands have swollen in the back of my neck at the base of my skull, I have a headache, and I had night sweats. I have no rash, fever, or sore throat and generally feel well and am still very active. Other blood tests show no signs of bacterial infection, and I'm negative for herpes, syphilis, and chlamydia. What is the likelihood of HIV after my encounter, and should I stop worrying after two negative tests? My doctor says I should have another test at 3 months, but I feel like I can't wait for a definitive answer as I'm due to see my long-term girlfriend in 4 weeks. Any advice to stop me from stressing out?
