After coming off the Depo Provera birth control needle, can you have practically regular periods but still not be ovulating?

My boyfriend, who was diagnosed with Peyronie's disease, is 51 years old and devastated by the diagnosis. His penis is bent to one side, and it took longer for him to have an orgasm the last time we had sex. He is trying to avoid me because he thinks I will not stay with him due to his condition. He is also concerned about a hernia mentioned by the doctor. Can he still have a normal sexual life, or is it most likely over? Is there hope for Peyronie's disease, or does it usually not get better? Please answer based on your experience.

I missed my periods last month and started seeing a brownish discharge and sometimes blood with a few fleshy stuff, similar to what is seen during periods. The brownish discharge stopped, but now I keep seeing some blood that comes out a little and then stops. What could this be?

I am worried that I have necrotizing fasciitis (the flesh-eating bacteria) due to a small cut/irritation on my genital area from masturbating. The cut appeared last Sunday, is scabbing, and had a little blue scab on part of the cut. I applied Neosporin on Monday and today. I took my temperature multiple times and it ranged from 95.6 to 98.9. Can a cut in this area still get infected by any disease, including necrotizing fasciitis, and what steps should I take to ensure it heals properly?
