I was supposed to start my menstrual cycle on May 1st but did not start my period until May 4th or 5th. I did start, so I thought nothing was wrong, until I started bleeding again on May 20th. My cycle usually runs 25 days, so starting 8 days early is not normal for me. Why could I be starting so early? I am very regular, 30 years old, and have had a child.

My wife is throwing up whatever she eats or drinks within 30 minutes to an hour. She also has diarrhea, which is mostly water. I think her stomach is in knots and the pain occurs only when she gets sick. We just came from a Reds game and she had a pretzel with cheese. Does this sound like a virus or food poisoning?

I began experiencing jaw and mouth pain, followed by a sore throat, swelling under the jaw, a large lump under my tongue, swelling in my gums, and an earache. I went to the dentist who prescribed penicillin for an abscess, but I'm not sure if this is the right approach. Should I see a medical doctor instead?

I have not had a period for 61 days and have taken numerous home pregnancy tests (all negative). I am experiencing extreme tiredness, sore breasts, frequent urination, light abdominal cramping, light weight gain, dehydration, moodiness, acne, and some nausea. I lost my job and health insurance a few months ago and cannot afford medical tests. What should I ask to be tested for to avoid wasting money?

I thought I started my period, but I'm having chunks of bloody pink stuff coming out. It's not a lot, but it's very strange and has never happened to me before. It looks like my insides are coming out. I'm really freaked out. What could this be?
