I have an eating disorder, which I believe is contributing to my weight gain due to severe arthritis. I have specific food preferences and restrictions, such as not eating green foods, avoiding combinations of foods (like soups, casseroles, pizza, stew, etc.), and disliking most spices. I prefer bland foods and could eat toast for every meal. I need help from someone knowledgeable in nutrition to devise a diet that accommodates my disorder and preferences while being healthy.
