I have been experiencing dizziness when standing and sometimes when lying down. I fell yesterday and hit my forehead on the sidewalk, but I have had rare episodes in the past. I had foot surgery two weeks ago and am using a scooter to get around, which I tipped over while trying to go down a small step from the back door. What could be causing this dizziness and what should I do?
