Can I take ibuprofen, solumedrol drip (1000mg), and Imuran on the same day? I have optic neuritis and am having a flare-up, with no MS diagnosis. I take 150 mg of Imuran daily and am currently on a 3-day solu-medrol drip. I'm still experiencing eye pain and wondering if I can take ibuprofen.

I had a laminectomy in L4-5 in 2009 and also had a linea tear. Can a linea tear affect the bursa in my hip? I have rheumatoid arthritis, inflammation, and degeneration around the bones, and have had cortisone injections in L4, L5, and S1 joints with no effect. I also have bulging disks but no nerve root compression. My leg symptoms are recurring despite cortisone injections in the bursa.

I randomly get swollen eyes (left or right) about once a month. They last about 2 days and are often worse in the morning. I've been to an allergy doctor, tracked my diet and environment, but haven't found any consistent triggers. The swelling doesn't cause pain or vision problems, but it feels tingly as it grows. What could be causing this and what can I do to prevent or treat it?
