I have been experiencing a range of neurological symptoms including vertigo, bladder incontinence, difficulty ejaculating, eye blurriness, mental fog, lack of coordination, weight loss, and muscle weakness. My family doctor believes I have multiple sclerosis (MS) based on my symptoms and the health team's observations. I've had a pain/ache in my arm/shoulder for almost a week, which mostly hurts on motion and sometimes even when not moving. It started a few days after using both arms to clean an area on my back. Should I be concerned about this, and is it normal for it to hurt like this for almost a week?
